Designed to generate maximum strength in the upper-body muscles used during sprinting and running, the Shoulder Surge builds resistance into shoulder conditioning, strengthening, and stretching exercises. The Slastix are attached from the biceps straps to an anchor behind or in front of the athlete The design allows for the full extension and rotation of the elbows and shoulders, which improves the athlete strength, form, and crucial elbow alignment, and enhances speed during sprints. Includes two biceps straps, two 4-foot Slastix and one anchor.
